5. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Loan approval is determined exclusively by the relevant bank or financial institution. NextNest:

• cannot guarantee that any loan or application will be approved,
• does not influence the bank's internal credit decision,
• is not responsible for bank delays, documentation requests or underwriting outcomes.

All scenarios presented prior to approval are purely indicative.

6. Introductions to Real Estate Agents or Partners

Where relevant and with your knowledge, we may introduce you to:
